Indeterminate Mammogram with Positive BSGI: Postmenopausal patient with bilateral palpable masses; no prior mammograms.

Incidental Cancer: Left breast, indeterminate mass warranting additional evaluation.

Implants: 49 year-old; had a left breast biopsy in 1998 that reported hyperplasia. Has had saline implants since 1995 and mother had breast cancer.

Mammographically Occult Reoccurrence: Follow up for left breast lumpectomy and ductal carcinoma diagnosis 4 years prior. Patient notes a palpable
nodule below the surgical site near the midline.

Dense Breast Tissue: Healthy premenopausal patient presenting with palpable mass in left breast.

Occult Secondary Lesion: 82 year-old female with moderate quantity of bilateral stable dense breast parenchyma.

Confirmed Suspicious Radiodensity: 57 year-old female with stable fatty breast tissue.

Multifocal Cancer: 62 year-old female with a history of relatively fatty breast tissue with somewhat dense bilateral parenchyma.

DCIS: 62 year-old female with a history of relatively fatty breast tissue with somewhat dense bilateral parenchyma.

False Negative Biopsy: 82 year-old female with a history of right breast calcifications and benign biopsy, receiving six-month follow-up mammogram.

Radiodense Mammogram with True Negative BSGI: In 1969, patient underwent silicone injections. After three sessions, patient increased one full cup size.

True Positive - BSGI Aids Biopsy Target Selection: Patient with palpable mass in right breast. No family history of breast disease. Patient experienced early onset menses and has been on hormone replacement therapy for 14 years.
